Born in 1985, Shri Avneesh Jayaswal is the eldest son of Shri. Ramesh Jayaswal. Mr. Avneesh Jayaswal did his Bachelors in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University (USA) and brings in the most modern ideas of business management to the table. He is presently the Executive Director of Deify Infrastructure Limited, another NECO Group company engaged in the business of executing projects for NECO Group companies through the Engineering, Procurement & Construction route. He is deeply engaged in Planning, Project implementation & EPC work of the company. Deify Infrastructure is presently executing projects of more than Rs 1000 crores for Iron, Steel, Mining & Power sector. Apart from his work at Deify Infrastructure, Shri Avneesh Jayaswal also takes keen interest in daily operations as well as expansion and modernization of JNIL’s Integrated Steel Plant at Raipur (C.G)

Prior to his current role, Shri Avneesh Jayaswal also served as Executive Director of Jayaswal Neco Urja Limited, where he continues to be a Director.
